Offerings in a Group setting include:
- Art meditation workshop (a group art activity where everyone creates a chosen art modality and get to take them home) –ask us about art workshop choices, or if you have one in mind, let us know! ~ if we can accommodate, we will!
- Aromatherapy workshop (using essential oils we will provide all that is needed to create items to take home for your personal use (rollers, bath soaks, spritzers, inhalers, incense sticks, to name a few)
- Group Sound Bath (we will use our Pouf room to sit comfortably in zero gravity chairs, -blankets and eye masks provided) Enjoy a relaxation Sound Bath Meditation where we will use crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, drums and more!
- Chair Massage (10-15 minutes per person, we can incorporate this into a time frame where everyone gets a turn, and the others can participate in another activity together / for example, an art workshop
Private mini session offerings:
We can also incorporate private mini sessions for everyone in your group! Depending on the group size, and the length of your event, we can offer short 20–30-minute private sessions (in a private treatment room)
- Massage sessions (usually on back/neck/shoulders/head)
- Express facials including a facial cleanse, face massage, masque application, and eye cream, serum and moisturizer application.
- Foot Reflexology and foot massage session
Group sizes for now, are limited to 10 people.

Also! No need for a ‘special occasion’ ! If you simply want to get a group of your friends/family together for a private group sound bath, reach out to us! We have regular sound baths on our calendar, but if you’d like it more private, we can make that happen!
